Returns & Exchanges

 


If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! Our return policy is valid for 7 days upon collection/delivered date. Any items returned after 7 days from collection/delivered date are not eligible for refund.


To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging.
  • Items must have no visible signs of use.
  • Items purchased must not be on promotional or discount campaigns.


To initiate a return or exchange:

  • Send an email to sales@continental.sg with your original receipt, pictures and reason for return/exchange.
  • Once verified on our end, you can ship the item back to us, preferably with a tracking number. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged shipments. Kindly note that any additional shipping fees will be bourne by you.


Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, the original amount will automatically be credited back to your account as store credits. Kindly note that refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges.
